Duncan has been in the property business for over 25 years, prior to which he was a Sandhurst trained army officer. His early property career in the 80s and 90s included director level commercial and professional posts at Lambert Smith Hampton before, from 2000, having his own practice in the Midlands in which he focussed mainly on business space asset management and investment work. Following the sale of the practice to Bidwells, in 2009, Duncan became co-founder with Stephen Cole of Claymore Group LLP in which his focus is on investment acquisitions and asset management for investor clients and joint venture partners.
Outside the office, Duncan enjoys a range of sports including golf, cycling and skiing. Duncan is married with three adult children, enjoys a good book and listens to almost any genre of music.
Stephen graduated from Reading University in 1982 and on completing his professional training in 1985 with a national building contractor entered the property business when he joined a privately owned commercial and residential property company in Hertfordshire. Throughout the 80s and 90s first as a Director of the Highacre Group and then London based Manly International Stephen was responsible for initiating new business and managing development joint ventures with major financial partners. After serving as a director of Propequity Ltd, Stephen co-founded Claymore group with Duncan O'Neill with his focus being on development and land planning opportunities and capital projects within the investment and asset management portfolio.
Outside work Stephen lives with his partner, Debbie, in Northamptonshire, enjoys golf, skiing and keeping fit and is an enthusiastic spectator on a wide range of sports, in particular rugby union and cricket.
